The Cosmere® RPG is a "living" RPG that will grow as Brandon Sanderson writes new novels and expands his universe. This original system is designed to tell standalone stories in the Stormlight™ or Mistborn® Settings -- or sweeping Worldhopper™ campaigns that move between different worlds and realms!

Q: What is Cosmere® RPG NEXUS?

A: Cosmere® RPG NEXUS is the official digital toolset for the Cosmere® Roleplaying Game, the official TTRPG set in the world of Brandon Sanderson’s incredible series of fantasy novels, including Stormlight and Mistborn.

It aims to make every part of playing game sessions better, starting with sought-after tools like a game compendium, digital reader, character builder, interactive digital character sheet. The tools will continue to grow and improve, and then reach it’s full potential when the game officially releases in full.

Q: How/Where do I create a Cosmere® NEXUS account? Is it separate from my Demiplane account?

A: On Demiplane, you have one account to rule them all! Create a free account to access both Cosmere® Roleplaying Game NEXUS and the rest of Demiplane here.

Q: Does Cosmere® NEXUS help with character creation?

A: YES! We have exclusive character creation available right now! Head to the Cosmere® RPG NEXUS and choose the characters option from the navigation bar, or go directly to the Characters page on Demiplane to start your next character.

Q: What can I access for free?

A: The Stormlight Starter Rules, the free introductory ruleset, will help you start playing in the world of Roshar.

Q:  Can I create characters for other people?

A: Yes! Once you’ve created your character you can click or tap on the menu icon by their name to open the management sidebar. Scroll down to the bottom for sharing options–a QR code or link. Make sure to set the privacy to your desired setting before sending it! Once a user opens a shared character, they can either browse it as a viewer, or create a copy onto their own account.

Q: Do we need a subscription to play in the Cosmere® RPG NEXUS?

A: You do not need a subscription to enjoy the benefits of the Cosmere® RPG NEXUS

If you want to expand your character creation count of seven active characters or you want to content share your purchases with up to 24 friends (from ANY and ALL Nexuses you own digital books from), you can get a subscription.

Note: If you have a Roll20 Plus or Pro Subscription, you get the Demiplane Subscription automatically!

Q: What if I want to share my content with the table? 

A: Great question. As long as one person at the table has a Demiplane Subscription (less than $5 a month), they can share content with up to 24 people - making you the hero of this story :) 

If you have Roll20 Plus or Pro already, that includes the Demiplane Subscription so next extra steps!

Q: When will we get more releases?

A: Demiplane works closely with Brotherwise Games to support their releases on launch day!
